An exciting opportunity has arisen within our company for a Seawater Production Manager who as part of the management team will lead and manage the production teams in Orkney & Shetland, building strong key relationships and ensuring a safe working environment for your co workers. Regular travel will be required with occasional extended periods away from your home base.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Aquaculture or a minimum of 5 years management experience in the industry. You will be a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and people management skills.
