Fish of the future?

The long single track road that winds along the western shore of the Cowal peninsula in Argyll will eventually take you to the Kilfinan Hotel. It was there, just along from Otter Ferry Seafish’s hatchery and farm, that a group drawn from the UK, Canada, Norway and elsewhere met last month to consider the question: can halibut be farmed at scale?
