Sarah Holmyard, Commercial Director at Offshore Shellfish, was the winner in the Primary Producer category in the Women in Food and Drink awards.

Held at the Hilton Bankside hotel in London on Wednesday night, the awards celebrated the achievements of women in the UK’s food and drink sector.
Sarah Holmyard said: “I’m incredibly proud to have won the Primary Producer category at the Women in Food & Drink Awards.
“To be recognised amongst such an inspiring and diverse group of producers from across the food and drink sectors in the UK and Ireland makes this award even more special.
“This recognition reflects not only my work with Offshore Shellfish Ltd and sustainable offshore mussel farming, but also the wider industry, environmental and governance roles I’ve been fortunate to contribute to over the years.
“Passionate about proving that food production and environmental stewardship can go hand in hand — and excited for what’s ahead for sustainable aquaculture.”
Offshore Shellfish is a family-founded, pioneering mussel producer using innovative techniques to farm shellfish in a challenging offshore location, on the south west coast of England.
