The event showcases a wide range of seafood products including fresh, frozen, canned, value-added, processed, and packaged seafood. It also features Seafood Processing Global, which covers all aspects of seafood processing such as packaging materials and machinery, refrigeration and freezing equipment, hygiene control, sanitation, and quality assurance services. This year will feature a new Aquaculture Innovation Pavilion, which will connect companies on the forefront of aquaculture technology, software, equipment as well as aquafeed, fish health and welfare companies with the global seafood industry. 

 

Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global provides a global stage for the seafood industry to conduct business, build relationships, discover new products and technologies, and discuss current and future challenges facing the sector. It brings over 2,000 exhibiting companies from more than 80 countries, including numerous first-time exhibitors and many national and regional pavilions.

 

The event also includes conferences and sessions led by industry experts, covering topics like aquaculture, sustainability, market trends, regulations, and innovation. Additionally, it hosts the Seafood Excellence Global Awards, recognizing outstanding products in retail and HORECA (hotel/restaurant/catering) categories.
