BioMar names chief for Vietnamese subsidiary

Multinational aquafeed group BioMar has appointed Franck Bodin as Managing Director for the new BioMar Viet Uc feed business unit in Vietnam.

Franck Bodin is an established figure in the Vietnamese aquaculture industry as the founder of the aquafeed company Tomboy, which was later acquired by Skretting.

During the last several years Bodin has been consulting on several projects within the aquaculture industry.

We have an ambitious growth strategy for our joint venture together with Viet Uc Group, and I believe Franck will be highly valuable for the business. Franck bringing more than two decades of aquaculture experience leading and developing aquafeed businesses in Asia.”
