Candidates must demonstrate excellence in all aspects of fish husbandry including fish health and welfare, feeding optimisation, containment, infrastructure maintenance and skilled seamanship. If successful you will be hardworking, focused on achieving your own key performance indicators and developing the potential within your staff.To be considered you must already be a leading site manager in the aquaculture industry with more than 3 years experience. You will have excellently developed risk assessment skills and be able to demonstrate your commitment in developing a strong safety culture. You will be open, honest and communicate with ease at all levels.
