AT least 30 water tanks are to be built in the Pakistani city of Faisalabad for enhancing the breeding of fish across Pakistan, according to a report in Geo.tv.The water tanks being built in the fish hatchery in Faisalabad have been so designed to provide a natural environment for the speedy growth of the fish and increased production.The 24 tanks out of 30 being built under this project costing Rs7.5 million will be used as feed tanks, while the remaining 6 for fish feeds.Deputy Director, Faisalabad Fish Hatchery, Muhammad Ashraf reportedly said that one such tank would have the capacity of 50,000 fish breeding four-times in a year.
