Braehead, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Scottish Fishermen’s Organisation, are seeking a key individual to manage and develop its nephrops processing plant at Fraserburgh. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to develop the operation of this modern plant at a time of fundamental change in the nephrops industry.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a previous management position within the fish/shellfish processing industry. An ability to communicate with fishermen, problem solve and motivate others are amongst the attributes that will be required. Candidates must be committed to delivering results.
