‘Experience Counts’ is a new project aimed at improving the employability skills of those aged over 50. Lantra, the Sector Skills Council for the environmental and land-based sector, are seeking to recruit participants from the Aquaculture industry from within Highlands and Islands. Training is available in a variety of forms and is tailored to suit individual needs.
