Candidates for the Senior Marine Operative post will have a background in aquaculture, be self-motivated and experienced in leading small teams in an often changing and challenging environment.

Preference for applicants for Marine Operative posts will be given to those applicants who can offer previous aquaculture or other relevant marine experience, although not essential.

In return, the company can offer extensive training as well as a comprehensive pay and benefits package. A full, clean driving licence is also essential.
