ABERDEEN’S Robert Gordon University is to co-host a debate on European Union fisheries, entitled ‘Friend or Foe?’ with the help of politicians on Friday December 15.
The debate will be of interest to anyone in the fishing industry or with an interest in the EU or policy-making.
Three MEPs taking part will be Elspeth Attwooll (Liberal Democrats), Ian Hudghton(SNP) and Struan Stevenson (Conservative.) Richard Baker MSP (Labour) will also take part.
Each speaker will deliver a ten minute opening statement and there will be 40 minutes for questions.
The debate will take place from 10.30am – 12 noon in room 226 at RGU’s
Aberdeen Business School, Garthdee Road, followed by a sandwich lunch.
