AQUACULTURE 2013 attracts more than 1,000 submissions Published: 28 September, 2012
After the successful AQUA 2012 event, it is now time to get organised for the international aquaculture conference and exhibition in Nashville, USA – February 21-25, 2013.
Organisers have already received over 1000 abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations.
The AQUACULTURE 2013 event is the triennial and this international WAS event is the largest in the world with over 4000 participants from over 90 countries. The triennial combines the annual meetings of the Fish Culture Section of the American Fisheries society, the World Aquaculture Society and the National Shellfisheries association.
In addition to the annual meetings of the main sponsors, also the following associations and meetings are involved at Aquaculture 2013.
– the American Tilapia Association, the Striped bass growers association, the US trout farmers association,
– special session organised by the Aquaculture Engineering society and the international association of aquaculture economics and management.
Aquaculture 2013is expected to become the 2013 aquaculture platform for more business meetings, workshops, project meetings and other annual association meetings.
