With 19 farms stretching from the West Coast of Scotland to Northern Scotland, we are recruiting for a Fish Health and Welfare Manager to support the delivery of our fish health and welfare strategy within our mainland farming teams.

This role is primarily a field-based role providing practical support and advice in all aspects of fish health, and welfare to our marine farming teams through constant farm analysis, communication, feedback and pro-active management recommendation. In addition, you will provide health leadership to assist with coaching and developing our farming teams in agreed primary care techniques.

The Successful candidate will have at least 5 years commercial experience in a fish health role or have a degree in a relevant marine science discipline with experience in a marine science environment (fish). You should have a proven track record of strong leadership skills and highly organised approach, being able to demonstrate good time management and effective communication skills.
